Piedmont Lithium has established mechanisms for receiving, retaining, and addressing concerns or complaints.

We have put in place an ethics response line, hosted by a third-party provider, where anonymous reports can be made for suspected violations to Piedmont Lithium’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics. Any concerns can be reported online at the Business Ethics Helpline or by calling the Piedmont Lithium Business Ethics Line at 833-516-2381.

Our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and underlying policies prohibit any retaliation or other adverse action against anyone for raising a concern.
