Piedmont Lithium’s Power for Life foundation is designed to support charitable and educational initiatives in our communities through scholarship and grant funding.
Scholarships support tuition, room, and board for student recipients enrolled in a science, technology, education, and mathematics (STEM) program of study at an accredited post-secondary institution.
Educational grant funding is intended to support academic activities and improve access to STEM-based learning programs in K-12 and post-secondary schools in our communities.
Organizational grant funding is designed to support the betterment of our communities through non-profit organizations.
INVESTING IN OUR COMMUNITIES.
To date, Power for Life has awarded more than $200,000 to individuals and organizations throughout the community, providing both scholarship and grant funding to drive a positive impact. Together with our corporate community commitments, Piedmont Lithium has proudly invested more than $1.5 million in our local communities. In 2023, our team members also spent approximately 1,300 hours volunteering to support civic causes, programs, and meaningful dialogue with community members on the development plans of our wholly owned projects.
