WCP Resources Limited (“WCP” or the “Company”) advises that Mr Peter Woodman has resigned as Managing Director of the Company, effective from 22 January 2016.

Mr Woodman has accepted a senior executive position at a leading Australian gold producer where he will be responsible for the geological function of its operations and exploration in Western Australia.

The Board of WCP would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge the significant contribution made by Mr Woodman during his time with the Company and wish him every success in his future endeavours.

Mr Woodman joined the Board of WCP in 2010 and since that time has overseen the Company’s acquisition, exploration and development of its gold projects both domestically and overseas, and has led the Company’s vigorous pursuit of new resource projects.

WCP is continuing its search for new business opportunities in the resources and other sectors, and will look to make additional executive appointments as its activities progress.
